Get help and see what's new in Samba

Use the Help menu to chat with the Samba team, open the docs and API reference, book a setup call, and read the latest product updates.

The Help menu is on every page of the app, for every role. It is the quickest way to reach the Samba team and to find out what has changed.

Open the Help menu

  1. Select Help, the question mark in the top bar next to the notification bell.

The Help menu open, showing docs, call booking and product updates
  2. Pick what you need:

Read product updates

  1. Select Help → Product updates.

  2. Read the entries, newest first. Each has a category, such as New feature or Improvement, and a date. The list shows five entries per page.

A number on the Help icon, and beside Product updates, tells you how many entries you have not read. Opening a page of updates marks the entries on it as read and clears them from the count.

The count is personal. It follows you across workspaces and is not shared with your colleagues. Updates published before you created your account are listed, but never counted as unread.
