Start with the basics: you sign in with one email for all your workspaces, and capital letters in the email do not matter. If that email is right, find your situation below.

On the sign-in page, select the password reset link and enter your email. If the address belongs to a Samba account, you receive a reset link that is valid for 60 minutes. You can ask for a new link once a minute.
Resetting your password does not turn off two-factor authentication. You still need a code afterwards.
Continue with Google says there is no account
Continue with Google says there is no account
Google sign-in only opens an existing Samba account whose email is the same as your Google account's email. It never creates one.
If your Samba account uses another address, sign in with that email and your password instead. An account created with Google also has a password; use the reset link if you do not know it.
If you are new to Samba, sign up first.
Samba keeps asking me to verify my email
Samba keeps asking me to verify my email
You cannot open the app until your email is verified. If you signed up with email and password, the verification email arrives when you finish the last setup step, not when you register. Select Resend on the verification screen to get a fresh link, and check your spam folder.
Verification links expire after 60 minutes. Signing in once with Continue with Google, using the same email, also verifies it.

Codes change every few seconds, so type the one currently shown for Samba in your authenticator app. If you do not have your phone, enter one of your recovery codes instead; each works once.
If your Samba email is a Google account, Continue with Google signs you in without a code. You can then turn two-factor authentication off and on again under User settings → Security. See Turn on two-factor authentication.

Samba allows 5 sign-in attempts and 5 two-factor code attempts per minute. Wait a minute, then try again.

You may have been removed from its team, or the workspace may not be activated yet, in which case only its owner can open it. Ask the workspace's Owner, Admin or Manager. See The invitation link isn't working.
