Your workspace settings live under Settings. Here's what you can change after setup.
General
Update your business name, logo, and website, and adjust your timezone. Your country and currency are fixed once you've set up, since your invoicing and tax depend on them.
Your logo must be a square image (PNG or JPG, up to 2 MB) — a non-square upload is rejected, so crop it to a 1:1 ratio first.
Branding
Customize how your public pages look — accent color, font, display name, and support email. These are available on any plan.
Removing the "Powered by Samba" mark (white-label) is a paid-plan feature.
Payment and invoice settings
Set the details that appear on invoices — your legal name and address, tax ID, and invoice/booking number prefixes — plus your tax rate, whether you pass payment fees on to customers, and how long you have to respond to booking requests.
Working across multiple workspaces
You can belong to more than one workspace. Use the workspace switcher to move between them — your role and data are separate in each — and Samba brings you back to the one you used last.
