Your branding is applied to everything a traveler sees: trip pages, checkout, website widgets, the traveler portal and the emails Samba sends for you. Branding is included for every workspace.
Before you start
You need the Owner, Admin or Manager role.
Have a square logo ready, PNG or JPG, up to 2 MB. A logo that is not square is rejected; the upload offers a crop tool to fix it.
Set your branding
Go to Settings → Branding.
Under Brand chrome, upload your Logo, pick your Accent color and choose a Font.
Under Voice, check your Display name and Support email.
Look at the Preview at the bottom of the page. It shows your unsaved changes on three tabs: Calendar widget, Payment page and Confirmation email.
Select Save changes.
What each setting does
Setting | What travelers see |
Logo | Your logo on public pages and emails. |
Accent color | The highlight color of buttons, selected dates and links. Reset to default brings back Samba's color. |
Font | Inter, Roboto, Roboto Mono, Open Sans, Lato, Montserrat or Poppins. |
Display name | The name travelers see. It starts as your business name. |
Support email | Shown as your contact address, and used as the reply-to on every traveler email. It starts as the owner's email. |
Set the support email to a shared inbox. When a traveler replies to a booking email, the reply goes to that address.
The completeness score
The bar at the top of the page fills as you edit: your logo and a custom accent color count for most of it, and a support email different from the owner's address completes it. The score is a reminder only. Nothing is blocked if it is not at 100%.

No. The mark shows on every current plan.

The preview keeps showing the last saved value until the new one is valid, for example while a color code is incomplete or a logo is still being cropped.
