Add-ons are extras travelers can buy alongside a trip — equipment hire, insurance, a transfer, and so on.
Setting them up
Add-ons live in an experience's Pricing section. For each one you set:
a name, description, and price,
whether it's charged per booking (once) or per person,
which packages it's available with, and
how much stock is available (leave it unlimited, or set a number per departure).
How stock works
If you set a limited stock, Samba keeps count per departure and stops selling an add-on once it's gone. Unlimited add-ons are always available.
Good to know
Add-on prices use your booking's currency, and there's no bulk pricing — cost is always price × quantity.
A per-person add-on can apply to everyone on a booking or just selected travelers.
By default, add-ons follow the booking's payment plan and cancellation policy. If one needs different terms — say, a non-refundable equipment rental on an otherwise flexible trip — you can set its own payment plan or cancellation policy separately.
