Use this at the end of a season, or when your timetable changes. None of these actions touches a departure that already has a confirmed booking.
Find the schedule
Go to Calendar & Scheduling → Manage schedule and select the experience.
In Recurring schedules, use the actions at the end of the schedule's row.
Choose an action
Action | What it does |
Edit | Updates the pattern and adds any departures the new pattern calls for. Departures from the old pattern stay as they are. A new capacity applies only to departures created from now on. |
Pause | Stops the schedule adding dates. Departures already on the calendar stay bookable. |
Resume | Shown on a paused schedule. Samba adds dates again, from today forward. |
Delete | Removes the schedule. Its departures stay on your calendar, no longer tied to a schedule. |
Remove the upcoming departures too
Pause and Delete both offer a checkbox to also remove the schedule's upcoming departures. Tick it if you want those dates off sale, then select Submit.
Only upcoming departures with no confirmed booking are removed. Samba always keeps a departure that has a confirmed booking, that you canceled, or whose time you changed by hand.
Archiving an experience pauses all of its schedules. See Archive an experience.
What happens next
Departures that remain can still be booked. To take one off sale, close or cancel it.
Changed the old dates' times as well? Edit each one: Change a departure's date or time.
