A recurring schedule is a rule such as "every Monday and Thursday at 09:00". Samba creates the matching departures when you save it. If you leave the end date blank, it keeps adding new dates as time moves on.
Create a schedule
Go to Calendar & Scheduling and select Manage schedule.
Select the experience you want to schedule.
In Recurring schedules, select Add recurring schedule.
Choose a Frequency: daily, weekly or monthly. For weekly, tick the Weekdays.
Enter one or more start Times, in 24-hour format, such as
09:00and14:00.Pick a Start date, then decide how far the schedule runs:
Blank — Samba creates departures 12 months ahead and tops them up every day. To change how far ahead, enter 1 to 24 months in Generate in advance.
Set — Samba creates departures up to that date and then stops.
Set the Capacity of each departure and select Submit.
For a monthly schedule on the 29th, 30th or 31st, a shorter month moves the schedule to its last day, and it stays on that day afterwards. If you need "always the 31st", add a second schedule.
What happens next
The departures appear on your calendar straight away, marked Recurring in the experience's list of upcoming departures.
Each new departure starts at your regular prices, with the experience's add-on stock and, if you use Crew Management, its crew slots and tasks.
A schedule only ever adds missing dates. It never duplicates a departure, never changes one you edited, and never brings back one you canceled.
To stop or change it later, see Pause, change or delete a recurring schedule.
