Add departures by hand when a trip runs on a few specific dates, or when you need an extra date alongside a recurring schedule.
Add the dates
Go to Calendar & Scheduling → Manage schedule and select the experience.
Select Add departures.
Keep Single date and pick the Date.
To add several dates at once, choose Multiple dates and select Add date for each one. They all share the same start time and capacity.
Check the Start time and Capacity. They are filled in with the experience's default start time and maximum group size.
Select Submit.
There is no end field. Samba works out the end from the experience's duration. A trip shorter than a day ends at start time plus duration. A longer trip ends on its last day at the experience's default end time, so a 7-day trip leaving Sunday at 09:00 ends the following Sunday at that end time.
What happens next
The departure is on sale straight away, as long as the experience is published.
It starts at your regular prices. To change them for this date, see Set a different price for one departure.
It gets the experience's add-on stock and, if you use Crew Management, its crew slots and tasks.

How do I add a private date for one customer?
How do I add a private date for one customer?
You don't schedule it here. Samba creates a private departure when you accept a booking request, or when you create a booking on a new date.
