Every departure has its own price list. Use it for a holiday surcharge or a one-off deal. Your regular prices, and every other date, stay as they are.
Before you start
The departure must be upcoming and Scheduled. Once it has started, sold out or been canceled, its prices can no longer be changed.
Set the prices
Open the departure from Calendar & Scheduling and scroll to Pricing.
In the Departure prices column, type a new price next to each item you want to change. The regular price is shown under the item's name.
Leave a box blank to keep the regular price. Blank never means free.
Select Save prices.
Optionally tick Display original price to travelers. Travelers then see your regular price crossed out next to the new one.
You can change packages, participant types, party-size prices and add-ons. A price can be 0, except a party-size price: leave that blank instead.
Bookings already made keep the price they were charged, even when you edit them later. Only a participant or add-on you add or switch in an edit takes the departure's current price.
What happens next
Travelers see the new price at checkout and in your widgets. On a multi-day trip they also see it next to the date on your trip page.
In your departure lists, the date carries a Custom pricing badge.
GetYourGuide always receives your regular prices.
Prices are never copied. New dates from a recurring schedule, and the departures of a duplicated experience, start at your regular prices.
To lower or raise the price automatically as the date approaches or fills up, see Offer early-bird or last-seat prices.
Why is there no Pricing section on my departure?
Why is there no Pricing section on my departure?
A private departure created by accepting a booking request has none. That traveler was charged the price you quoted them.
