My booking widget is not showing

Why a Samba widget is blank, shows "Unavailable right now", or is missing dates or prices, and how to fix each.

A widget that cannot load shows nothing at all, so your page never displays a broken element. Most blank widgets come from a missing script tag or an edited snippet. Find your symptom below.

Nothing appears on the page

The script tag is missing

Every page with a widget needs the loader script once, in the <head>. Go to Settings → Website widgets → Embeds, open Code snippet, click Copy script tag and paste it into that page. See Add a booking widget to your website.

The snippet was changed by hand

A wrong workspace name or widget type makes the widget render nothing. Copy the widget HTML again from Samba and replace the one on your site, without editing it.

Every widget went blank at once

If all your widgets and booking links stopped together and your snippets are untouched, your workspace may have been suspended. Contact Samba support.

It says "Unavailable right now."

The experience behind an Upcoming Departures or Calendar widget was unpublished or archived. A Button for that experience still shows, without its price. Publish the experience again, or build the widget for another one.

Dates or prices are missing

A departure is not listed

Widgets only list departures that can be booked: scheduled, with seats left, and before your booking cutoff. Sold-out, canceled and past-cutoff departures disappear instead of showing as unavailable. Check the departure in the departures calendar.

A trip is missing from the Product List

Only published experiences appear. If the widget shows folders, a trip inside a folder is listed in that folder, not repeated below.

The Button shows no "from" price

Tick Show "from €X" starting price in the widget's settings and copy the widget HTML again. The price stays hidden when the trip has no bookable departure or no paid price.

The discount is not applied at checkout

Checkout checks the code again. A code that expired, hit its limit or does not fit the chosen departure is dropped without a message. Pick a valid code in the widget's settings and copy the widget HTML again.

The widget shows something unexpected

My folder widget now shows every trip

The folder was deleted, or has no published experience left. The widget falls back to showing everything instead of going blank. Pick another folder and copy the widget HTML again.

The widget is in the wrong language

On Auto, the widget follows your page's language, then the visitor's browser, within the languages your workspace has enabled. Pick a fixed Language to force one. A fixed language that you later disable goes back to Auto.

The times look wrong

Dates and times are shown in your workspace's timezone, not the visitor's.
