Calendar & Scheduling shows every departure in your workspace. Use it to see what is going out on a given day, how full it is, and to open a departure.
Find a day's departures
Go to Calendar & Scheduling. To look at one experience only, use the experience filter (1). Manage schedule (2) is where you add dates.
Select a day in the month calendar. Each day shows how many departures start on it and how full they are. Canceled departures are not counted.
Read the summary under the calendar: the day's departures and the seats booked out of the total.
Switch between Departures (starting that day), Continuing and Ending. The last two matter for multi-day trips that are already on the road. Use Group by to group the list by start time or by experience.
Select a row to open the departure.
Your day, filter and grouping are kept in the page address. Going back from a departure returns you to the same view, and you can bookmark a view you use often.
What you can do on a departure
The departure's page shows its dates, seats and confirmed revenue, its participants, its pricing, your internal notes, and tabs for its bookings, cancellation requests and emails sent. The Actions menu holds:
Action | Use it to |
Edit | |
Create manual booking | Create a booking on this date. |
Message customers | Email everyone with a confirmed booking. See Message customers. |
Participant list (PDF) | |
Cancel departure |
Which actions you see depends on your role.
