A new experience is a private Draft. Publishing puts it on its public trip page, your trips list and your widgets straight away. You do not need a departure to publish: you can put the page live first and add dates later.
Before you start
Your workspace must be activated, with a card on file. Until then the Publish button is disabled. See Setting up your workspace.
Save your work. Publishing checks the saved experience, so unsaved edits do not count.
Publish
Go to Settings → Experiences and open the experience.
Check the Completeness bar. Click What's left? and finish everything under Required.
Choose Actions → Publish.
If a required item is missing, Samba lists what to complete and nothing changes. See Why can't I publish my experience?
What you need to publish
Required | Where |
Title, a duration above zero, and a maximum group size | General tab |
Description | Content tab |
At least one package (multi-day tour) or participant type (day tour) | Pricing & Participants tab |
Meeting point | Content tab, in a Practical info block |
Fixed departures or on-request booking switched on | Manage schedule page |
Recommended items, such as a cover image, highlights, an FAQ or a first departure, make your page stronger and raise the score. They never block publishing.
Unpublish
Choose Actions → Unpublish. The experience goes back to Draft and leaves your trip page, trips list and widgets. Its links show a "not found" page. Existing bookings and departures are not affected.
What happens next
Use Actions → Open live page to see the published page, or Copy public link to share it.
Put it on your website with booking widgets or share a booking link.
No dates yet? Add a departure.
