Why can't I publish my experience?

Your workspace is not activated yet. Activation needs a card on file. Follow Setting up your workspace, then come back and publish.

Publishing checks the saved experience. Click Save changes first, then publish.

If the save itself fails, nothing is saved on any tab. Read the notice, fix the field it names, and save again.

The meeting point lives in a content block. On the Content tab, add a Practical info block, fill in the meeting point, and save. See Build your trip page.

A multi-day tour needs at least one package. A day tour needs at least one participant type,

Your day tour is priced by party size. It needs at least one participant type, and every party size must have a total above zero, and your first row must start at or below the smallest party you accept. To start your prices at a bigger party, raise the Min party size on the Manage schedule page first. See Price a day tour by party size.

Switch on Fixed departures, On-request, or both, on the experience's Manage schedule page. You do not need an actual departure to publish. See Understanding availability and departures.

Title, a duration above zero and the group size Max are on the General tab. The description is on the Content tab.

Only team members who can edit experiences see Publish. Ask a workspace owner to check your role. See Team roles and permissions.

An archived experience has no Publish button either. Restore it first.
